Not my day for Political Correctness (tee-hee)

Heavenly Flight

A businessman boarding an airplane was impressed to hear that the Pope would be on the same flight. "Wonderful" he said to himself "What a safe place to be today."

After taking his seat he looked up the aisle and saw the Pope checking the
numbers on the seats and walking towards him. Then without a word the Pope sat next to the businessman.

"I am surely blessed," the man thought to himself. "Here I am, a good Catholic on a flight with the Holy Father sitting next to me."

A few minutes after take-off, the passengers began removing their seat belts. The man looked sideways and watched, as the Pope reached into his bag to take out a crossword book.

"Marvelous," he thought, "not only am I blessed with the Pope sitting next to me, but he does crosswords and so do I. Maybe he will ask me for help with a tough question."

The man noticed that the Pope having worked his way through part of the puzzle, was now tapping his pencil on the book with some consternation.

After a few more taps, the Pope turned to the man and said "I usually don't talk to other passengers when I'm flying, but I wonder if you will help me?"

"Anything, Your Eminence. What is it?" the man replied.

"Do you know a four letter word for " familiar woman" that ends in U N T ?"

The man (not quite sure why) felt very uncomfortable. He thought as hard as he could and finally said "The only word I can think of is 'Aunt'.

"The Pope turned to him again, this time asking, "Do you have an eraser?"

"Bad on all Levels'
but funny

Well that's it for the "PC My Bad" files today. It's been quite a while since I've had time to blog. Things are going quite weird in Foxxfyrreville, but things "hopfully" should be back to some resemblance of normal soon. I've missed playing with all of you, and will be back full force shortly. My apologies to Mimi, for I wasn't able to be as much help for this past blogblast for Peace, and I so much wanted to help and participate more in the blogblast. Nevertheless, it was an astounding success and I'm so pleased on the turnout for Mimi. She has worked so hard on this project.

Thanks for stopping in.
